This page explains what happens to the information you share when you take What's Really Holding You Back in Life?.

What we collect

Your first name, your answers to the assessment, and your email address once you give it to us (when you finish, or when you ask us to save your place). We also record basic technical details such as the date, your IP address, your browser type, and how you found us, so we can keep the service secure and understand what's working.

How we use it

To score your assessment, show you your results, email you a link to them, and, if you buy the full report, write and deliver that report. If you ticked the box to hear from Jay Kitamura, we may also send occasional notes. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.

Who sees it

Your results are visible to you through your private link and to the Break the Locks team. We use a small number of trusted services to run this: a hosting provider, Mailgun to send email, Stripe to take payment (we never see or store your card details), and OpenAI to help write the personal wording of the full report. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and your saved place

We set one cookie that remembers which assessment belongs to this browser, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off. Your answers are also kept on this device as a backup while you take the assessment. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your private link

Anyone with your results link can open your results, so treat it like a password and don't post it publicly.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of your data or to delete it at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to jaykitamura@gmail.com.

Not a diagnosis

This assessment is designed for personal insight and growth. It is not a medical, psychological or financial diagnosis, and it isn't a substitute for professional advice.
